Lee Williams
Lee Williams has more than a decade of experience in organizational leadership, workforce development, technical and vocational education, and consulting. He currently serves as Senior Career Support and Advancement Navigator at Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he designs and leads cohort-based workforce development programs for frontline staff and emerging leaders in the nonprofit human services sector. He provides career coaching and advancement planning, develops curriculum and instructional materials aligned with organizational strategy, and conducts workforce retention research that informs executive decision-making and succession planning.
As founder of Lee Williams LLC, he advises mission-driven organizations on workforce equity, leadership pipeline development, organizational change management, and strategic innovation, drawing on his STRIDE Workforce Advancement Framework to help build equitable internal career advancement systems. He has taught and facilitated learning in technical, vocational, and professional settings across multiple sectors, and approaches the graduate classroom as a scholar-practitioner who grounds theory in organizational reality and equips learners with tools they can apply immediately in their own workplaces.
He is currently a doctoral scholar in the EdD in Leadership and Innovation program at Purdue University Global, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, with a research focus on workforce equity, transformative organizational change, and leadership pipeline development.
