Professor Frkal is a dynamic educator, researcher, and higher-education administrator with over 15-years of experience in corporate leadership. Her academic expertise and interests include management, human and organizational behavior, organizational development and change, and leadership development. Her current research focuses on women’s leadership identities and peer coaching in early career MBA programs.
