Kevin Love

Kevin, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for MIB, joined the company in 2007 with extensive HR experience in various industries including financial services, manufacturing, and technology. He is responsible for the HR/People function, administration, real estate/facilities, and is a business segment executive. Prior to joining MIB, Kevin provided HR leadership for Iron Mountain, Inc. in their off-site data protection and technology escrow business and served as Director of Benefits at the Corporate Headquarters in Boston, MA. Kevin began his career in talent acquisition specialty, rapidly transitioning into HR leadership roles for Associates First Capital (Citigroup), Energetic Solutions (Orica) and Centex Home Equity Corporation (Nationstar Mortgage). Kevin holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX and a B.S. in Communication from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. He has attended several professional development programs from Cornell University, the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and holds CEBS & SHRM-SCP designations.
